Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of merchandise. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours. Eligible items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and retain their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
Shipping fees will be charged only once (including return shipping); consumers will not incur any restocking fees for returns.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. At the same time, we will inform you of the approval status for your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
